On your first visit an informal confidential health consultation is taken, and any contraindications to treatment discussed. This takes between 15 and 30 minutes, and allows you to ask any questions and highlight any concerns. This helps me to get to know you so we can work together and gain the best possible results. This can be one complete therapy or a combination of two, for example massage with some reflexology. |
